If you just so happen to live in Washington Heights, please consider jumping into The Hunger and Housing Project. In a nutshell, The idea is to help those in food-insecurity and the program consists of high school students and I believe 2 administrators working together to create a safe, efficient, and effective way to help those in need. We are looking for other Washington Heights dwellers to help us jumpstart this program and/or give us ideas. It’s every Thursday at 3 PM all the way to 4 PM -ish. Sometimes, we get way ahead of ourselves and lose track of time. You can just jump in and just sit in, just to hear us out but we would love to hear your input. Come in and stop by.
